I have 3 Mobile broadband on my portable computer. It indeed works spot on and I make video calls with it. I also have a 3 Mobile phone with me and both, my computer as well as my phone have Skype. So, I can make video calls on my portable computer or calls from the mobile free to others with Skype using 3 Mobile’s broadband services.

The service used to be absolutely perfect, but in the last couple of months, the speed of my connection has become actually erratic. The connection speed is quite fast on one day and it dies down to lower levels the next day. I am a touch reluctant to switch to any other broadband provider as 3 Mobile been truly good until just recently. One more thing that I really appreciate about 3 Mobile Broadband is their customer service which works in an excellent and co-operative manner to treat the customer’s problems. I have had no issues whatsoever with the broadband service provided by 3 Mobile in the past two years of my relationship with them. The Call centre staff at 3 Mobile was useful and efficient when I called them once to deal with a billing problem.
