O2 broadband has a good connectivity. I have been with several providers and I just think that with O2 being a big company, they are providing an efficient service. The speeds for uploading and downloading are fast when you are at work and in afternoons and weekends.I only really connected with O2 because my cousin could get a discount [£7.99 for 20meg, static IP] and I must say I have been more than pleased with my experience.

If I couldn’t get a family discount, I’d still choose to pay full price to use O2 broadband.I had a tiny problem with the router at first, but this was easily rectified by the friendly & efficient technical support. Other than that, there are no problems whatsoever. But the home access package is not worth using in the evening because the download speeds drop down to as low as 250kbs which is awful. I will be staying with O2 as they provide cheap and best value out there. No wonder they are the number 1 in broadband services.
