I've used Plusnet for some years now and without any issues, but lately my speeds dropped away to less than 100kbps.I was getting about 4500kbps when I started. After a month of attempting to resolve the issue, nothing had changed: Frequent dropouts, hopeless speeds, no progress. I think there was noise on my telephone line and the roots of the issue were not known to me. I have even paid to get the telephone line replaced.

But today I'm satisfied with Plusnet because they have resolve my issues and I believe that Plusnet Broadband has the best technical support from all of the internet service providers that I've been with.They actually are patient and efficient with there technical experience. I can advocate them to all pals and family. I adore my Plusnet broadband. It's fast and reliable and the support staff is seasoned in dealing with customer complaints as they basically know what they are speaking about. They get five stars from me!
