We have had TalkTalk now for just over twelve months. I am able to truthfully say that we have had no issues with both, the telephone line as well as the broadband in the slightest.Both, the telephone and broadband connections started operating on the day when they had promised and we only pay a small rental every month for limitless calls and internet access.

When we last checked it, the download speed was around 7.1 Mbs and upload was just below 1 meg and even the browsing was fine.We live just one mile from the broadband exchange. They have included a forum on their website which can be used by members for asking questions. So, the people who have issues contacting customer care support (although I have made contact with them without an issue) could try using this forum and get their queries regarding broadband sorted out instantly. I wasn't a huge TalkTalk fan but the speeds and client service have improved. I appreciate their service quality and give them full marks.
